Pre-Despatch Checks
All orders go through a rigorous pre-delivery inspection before we install your chosen operating system.
We aim to dispatch all orders within the timescales stated above, however, there may be times where this is not possible (e.g. Components, chargers and accessories can fail quality control checks, or other reasons beyond our control). In these cases, we will dispatch your device as quickly as possible without compromising on quality so we cannot guarantee a despatch date
Tracking Your Order
All orders are dispatched using DHL and in most cases, delivery takes place the next working day following despatch.
However, as with all delivery services, there is a risk that orders may be delayed in transit.
DHL offer a 2 hour delivery slot, and will contact you with details on the morning of delivery. This will be by email, text message, or through their mobile app if you have it installed. You will then be offered some alternative delivery options if required, such as re-arranging the delivery date, or having the item delivered to a safe place.
Re-Arranging Delivery
If you are not in when DHL call, they will leave a card with details of how you can re-arrange your delivery if you are not in as expected.
Any delays that occur once the item has left our warehouse are unfortunately out of control of the Stone Group.
If You've Received a Notification from DHL
Due to the volume of orders we desptach, our delivery partners often collect from us late in the evening. Therefore you may receive a notification about receiving your parcel the next day.
This is a standard notification from DHL and often the delivery will be the next working day after that. if you need to take time off to collect your parcel, please contactus first to confirm. You will receive an actual time of delivery on the day it is due to be delivered and you can re-arrange delivery at this time.
Safe and Secure Delivery
DHL will contact you with a 2 hour delivery window on the morning of delivery.
If you are concerned about receiving your delivery face to face, please use the ‘leave in a safe place’ option in the delivery notification email/SMS message or the DHL website when you receive your tracking details. If you are in to receive your parcel, DHL will sign for the delivery on your behalf to prevent un-necessary contact.
Saturday Delivery
We also offer a Saturday delivery service with DHL.
This is only available on orders placed over the phone, so if you require this service please call us on 01785 786 786 to arrange. This option is available to most UK addresses for £24.95. Orders need to be placed before 12pm.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a Saturday delivery service to Northern Ireland, and Scottish Highlands and Islands at this time.
Important Information
- Next day delivery is only available on orders of 1 item currently.
- Orders placed over weekends or Bank Holidays are processed the next working day.
- During exceptionally busy periods, these delivery times may change. If there are any delays, you will be informed of this during the checkout process.
- We only ship to addresses in the UK. We do not ship to the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man.
- We do not advise using a shipping forwarding service to ship your order outside the UK, but if you do, please understand this is at your own risk.
