We want you to be comfortable, and confident in what we do here at Stone Refurb. For this reason we actively ask  customers for reviews and feedback from three independent review providers, to make sure we continue to provide you with the best service we can.

Our mission is simple: to prevent e-waste and needless CO2 emissions by refurbishing laptops and desktop PC's that still have a long life ahead of them - all while saving you money compared to the price of buying a new device.

We also want you to provide you with the best service we can, so in addition to our 30 days returns, and standard 1 year warranty, we also actively seek ratings and reviews from customers, using Trustpilot, Trusted Shops and Google Reviews.

We have had a long relationship with Trustpilot and they have helped us improve our service to the 5* rated experience it is today.

As of 5th February 2025 we have 4,181 reviews at an average of 4.6 stars.

We joined the Trusted Shops scheme in 2021 and they actively ask for reviews on our behalf to help us ensure our service remains excellent.

As of 5th February 2025 we have 958 reviews at an average of 4.9 stars.

Finally, we also receive reviews through Google, and have done since 2018.

As of 5th February 2025 we have 106 reviews at an average of 4.1 stars.
