Our mission is simple: to prevent e-waste and needless CO2 emissions by refurbishing laptops and desktop PCs that still have a long life ahead of them - all while saving you money compared to the price of buying a new device.

We also want you to provide you with the best service we can, so in addition to our 30 days returns, and standard one year warranty, we partner with Trusted Shops to obtain feedback from customers.

On our behalf, Trusted Shops actively request ratings and reviews from real customers. The reviews you see on this platform are verified, and based on actual experiences, unlike some other online review platforms!

We joined the Trusted Shops scheme in 2021 and they actively ask for verified reviews on our behalf to help us ensure our service remains excellent.

As of 25th September 2025 we have 1,165 reviews at an average of 4.82 stars.

Finally, we also receive reviews through Google, and have done since 2018.

As of 28th August 2025 we have 106 reviews at an average of 4.1 stars.
